Shipping:
All items are shipped using Australia Post, Deliveries within Australia are sent via Express post and should be recieved the next business day, Some remote / offshore locations have an incresed delivery time by 1 or 2 days.
International Deliveries are sent Australia Post Air Mail and take approximately 3 - 10 days depending on Customs within your country.
Orders received by 1pm Friday will be shipped on Friday for Monday delivery. Orders received after 1pm Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Please Note: Although we make every attempt possible to ship all orders received by 1pm on the day received this is not a guaranteed service. Some remote / offshore locations have an incresed delivery time by 1 or 2 days.
We will always confirm your order has been shipped by email and send you a tracking number. If you do not receive an email then the item has not been shipped - you can log in to our web site to find out the status of your order.
A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure you specify a delivery address where someone will be available 9 - 5, Mon to Fri.

Items Damaged in Transit:
All items are sent with an insured courier service. If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged" and contact us via email within 48 hours. We can then arrange to have the item collected & replaced. All replacements will be issued on receipt of the damaged item, we are not able to offer a "doorstep swap" service.
